I have been to this hospital many times. The service is good but there are serious hygiene issues here. I have watched on a previous appointment nurses in the pediatric department not washing hands before providing care (touching eyes and face). I looked in the hand sink and saw it was totally dry. Today I watched a pediatrician closely examine the eyes of my child with unwashed hands, no gloves. Then after touching her infected eyes, he rinsed his hands with water and NO SOAP. Then the nurses (at least 2 or 3 of them at a time) cleaned her eyes. NO hand washing. I saw ONE nurse wearing gloves. This is a huge problem. I am shocked at the lack of basic hygiene. This is how diseases are spread, especially in the eyes! There is no excuse. ***Update: I wrote this review BEFORE Covid. This review does not apply to covid precautions. It is possible that hygiene practices have been improved. Pay attention and use your best judgement in all surroundings.

Was told 3500 baht for echo-cardiogram then called next day to confirm price and was told 4,000 baht because I was \international client. \ Have been going here for checkups for 7 years and have been in Thailand for 11 years with Thai wife. May never go here again since to be treated like this as long-term patient stinks. Most cannot speak English but the one I spoke to in the heart clinic, when I said this policy violates the sanatorium act which requires hospitals to post extra charges for English speaking patients, said she did not care and go ahead and report the hospital.

Usually quite good, but today, my father, who is in pain, and I have waited for two hours for a doctor to check his urine and every patient that has come in after me has gone in to see the doctor first. The nurse said 2 people remained until we could see the doctor, but three people just entered the room and we're still waiting.

This zone worked better than another building, but still not good. The nurses and officers usually pointed clients to the wrong places, sometimes we need to go back and forth between two buildings.
