I have pre booked my tickets online. First from Suratani to Koh Samui and then Koh Samui to Koh Phangan. So i got a Joint ticket, means Bus and boat together. It's very convenience. I asked the detail how to book from the Live chat and the staff give me the details immediately. Price per person is good for bus and ferry together.
