Avoid early morning hours from 0500-0700 hrs as it is located in downtown and becomes popular for those health concious locals. Good for morning jog or brisk walk . And for a less crowded area for running or jogging , I would reccommend the concrete path along the old river located just across from this park. Enjoy your work !
