Great and quite location. Facilities are also good. BE AWARE, the walls and doors are basically just room dividers, not soundproof at all, plus the doors aren’t properly sealed - you get the smell from other rooms into yours. On some days you wake up to the smell of fried xyz, on others to worse smells. If you are lucky, you don’t have any direct neighbors, otherwise you will hear their noises like they would be living in the same room with you. Fingerprint access, which work sometimes fine, sometimes not, on some routes into the building but not on all.

Luxurious condominium complex although it seems that most people here are short term rentals. A quiet and peaceful retreat from the busy city but be aware that the units are definitely NOT soundproof and when your neighbours speak or sneeze, you can hear it. Beautiful pool on the top floor of each floor with views of the city to match.

Athestically this place is nice. If you've never been, finding your way around the buildings was tough. The room was tiny but clean. The view was stunning and awesome. The pool is out of this world beautiful, but the water was super cold. The walking score out of 100 I'd say is 79. Easy access to lots of shopping, public transport, etc. 45 min to airport. Take a Grab, Taxis are con men, as well as the Police who will extort money from you. Be very careful if you're a tourist and don't trust anyone. I'd recommend the Park 24. Not a bad place at all.
living at 25th floor in building 5 for 6 months... everything is amazing. Roof top swimming pool is nice and quiet. There is a park near the condo to fulfill my morning jogging routines. Plus department stores and many good food restaurant around. Overall vibe is condo is truly greenery .... like it will be back !
