This is an excellent medical center. My wife and I live about 3 hours from Bangkok and we often travel here for specialty medical care. We use the local Bangkok Hospital near our home for all our routine things and it is excellent as well. However, we do feel that some of the specialists at the Medical Center are more up to date in their areas of expertise. All of the staff speak good English and are very helpful. The nurses and doctors are excellent. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. The layout is fairly easy to navigate once you arrive, but the Medical Center is off the main road and a little difficult to find the first time.

New building look nice and clean. Not much busy and crowded. OPD charge higher than the others. At least 2,000 baht per visit. Well organize and professional staffs. This building located behind the parking building. There is a shutter cart runs between the building.
Highly Recommend The facilities, technology, Doctors, Nurses, and support staff are first rate. If you're under VA. The VA has a direct billing contract with all the Bangkok Hospitals. If you're hospitalized, as a 100% service connected disabilty Veteran. As long as it is covered in your service connected disbilities. You'll pay zero upon discharge. Too, this hospital is a recognized provider, so is pay and file with Tricare Overseas afterwards provider.
Luxury hospital, high class medical technology with great service. The bill will be expensive, please prepare your insurance document.
Overprice and always in chaos. Some great doctors whom I am thankful for. But the rest is poorly managed. Check up always in chaos. Cashier and pharmacy are always confusing no matter what changes/technology has implemented. And most of all ER is to avoid.
