This was very nice park to jogging with family and this place has flesh air which is found very hard in Bangkok.

Small park beautiful ambiance with lake in middle can feed the fish & turtles. Good place for jog but small have kids playground. Surrounding full of trees and good wind. Small space for parking so come abit early to park cars otherwise come by public transportation or taxi.

A great, calming and green workout space. This is easily one of the best parks in Bangkok. The runway is clean and supporting. There are some workout equipments provided, but don't get your hopes up. There are enough parking lot for your car and bike. After workout, you can have a decent meal in many restaurants nearby and it's cheap. My running session was calm and effecrive since there were not much people blocking the way. I will definitely go there again. Love it!
