This is a small Hat Yai fried chicken stall run by a kind and beautiful aunty. I have eaten Hat Yai fried chicken of this stall since I was young and I also had my first time trying this kind of fried chicken here so I think It’s the most delicious Hat Yai fried chicken for me. There are various chicken’s parts sold by this stall such as breast, drum stick, wing, thigh and skin. The fried chicken is so aromatic because of mixed herbs and it tases savory and a little bit sweet and the highlight is fried shallot that’s never enough for me and sad news is she don't sell them separately. Warning! the fried chickens are sold out very fast so please come early if you don’t want to miss them.
