Haven't book a tour yet, but the guy there was very helpful, didn't pressure me into anything, provided honest information, and the tours & trips are priced reasonably.
The worst tourist info I ever experienced. The lady should be fired in my point of view.. She bluntly said that Chiang Mai is a small city and there is no tour here, nothing to do. I had to use Tripadvisor and we booked a 1/2 bicycle tour of historic Chiang Mai. I would never go here again to this tourist information! Lazy staff that does not want to work!
The service is good yet there are rooms for improvement of the arrangement. We booked the Muay Thai competition tickets with this agent and the package includes pick up and drop off from where we stay. As we were already in the city so the travel agent said that it would be fine to pick us up from their office and drop us off at our apartment. However, when we left the stadium at after 12am in the midnight, the driver refused to do so and insisted to charge us for 50THB@ for the drop off! We called the travel agent and finally they spoke to the driver on the 3rd phone call. We supposed that they settled it with the driver yet the driver was still insisting in asking us for 30THB@ which is completely INSANE! Me and my boyfriend insisted NOT PAYING him and the driver finally agree to drive after 10 mins with very poor attitude.
