I have always said - you have not experienced luxury if you have not travelled in #Asia this proves true at this place. Customer service : friendly - not aggressive - cares - there to help. Tour : seriously amazing and informative. Why visit this place - to learn the way of how one of the most beautiful textiles in the world is made. Was very surprised on the souvenir item they gave me once I got out of my service car prior to starting my tour. Will visit again when in Chiang Mai Take away : this place demonstrates there are still amazing people out there. A representation of workmanship, patience and inclusiveness. Go - if you're in Chiang Mai Thailand - you must visit this place.

Great place to go and see first hand how the silk making process takes place. They have live silk worms, an exhibit to teach the life cycle of the creatures, and the technique for turning the cocoons of silk worms into thread, like how they clean it and dye it, and create fabric. Very cool learning experience in a well done, beautiful environment. After the free tour you can browse their extensive store and find silk products of every sort and size including raw and finished product. Prices seemed high to me so I only bought small souvenirs, but if you're in the market to purchase I think they have incredible product.

Area i like 1. Can see the real silk worm n mulberry leave. 2. Real process of silk clothes. 3. Give u small piece of silk n pin on ur clothes when arrive. Improvement 1.Diy corner 2.cooler factory. 3.quite expensive for the product.

Excellent service: I ordered 3 tailored silk blouses and they arrived to my hotel in 2 days! Everything fitted perfectly. I took back one silk jacket with a slight flaw and it was fixed in 30 min.! Great place to shop - I highly recommended them.
