Purchased a TEKA Microwave Oven and Grill and in no time at all (\u003c 3 months) the Electronic door lock fails showing an Error Code of E-3. Requests for service under warranty are totally ignored and I am taking the view that the Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. The Thailand operation of TEKA is a disappointment, and my advice to consumers is to avoid buying products from this company (no matter how tempting).

บริการหลังการขายบอกตามตรง ยอดแย่เลย สักแต่ว่าจะขายอย่างเดียว เครื่องมีปัญหาตั้งแต่วันแรกที่มาส่งเครื่องให้จะต้องเปลี่ยนเครื่องภายใน 7 วัน ถ้ามีปัญหา แต่ก็ไม่เปลี่ยนเครื่องให้ ช่างเข้ามาเปลี่ยนบอร์ดให้แทน อันนี้ผมเลยหยวนๆให้เข้าใจว่าทำเรื่องยุ่งยาก ใช้เวลา 1 อาทิตย์ อันนี้พอรับได้ ต่อมา แจ้งซ่อม ผม แจ้งซ่อมเครื่องล้างจาน ตั้งแต่ 13 สิงหา 53 ช่างเข้ามาดู หน้าไม่ซ้ำสักคน เอาอะไหล่มาผิดรุ่นทุกคนเหมือนกับว่าเข้ามาเป็นพิธี ให้ลูกค้าเห็นหน้า ซ่อมเสร็จ วันที่14 ธันวา 53 ใช้งานได้ปกติ หลังจากนั้น วันที่ 21 ธันวา 53 เสียอีกรอบ แจ้งซ่อมไป 21ธันวา 53 รอต่อไปช่างเข้ามา 14มกราคม 54 ช่างเข้ามา บอกว่าจะยกไปศูนย์เพราะว่าซ่อมไม่ได้ รออีกจะเกือบเดือนละยังไม่เข้ามายกไปซ่อมให้อีก เซงประมาณว่า ประกัน 2 ปี ซ่อม1ปี ใช้1ปี รึเปล่า บริษัทนี้

เตาแก้สรุ่นเก่าเสีย ช่างที่มาซ่อมไม่มีความรู้ต้องโทรถาม ตลอด แจ้งว่าต้องเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ราคาแพง ไม่แนะนำเพิ่มเติม เมื่อช่างกลับไปจึงลองปรับเครื่องเอง กลับมาใช้ได้แล้ว โดยใช้ปุ่มmanualแทน เสียดายค่าserviceจัง
