Low price, clean room, free bike But I stayed road side (C1 room) and it was noisy. I could hear everything including monks. And for people who stay there, please be considered and do not disturb others

Right on the river lovely big rooms. And probably the best bed and pillows I have slept on in a long time. Also has a large balcony. Only 2 minutes walk to bars and restaurants
Right aside the small river. - Not so clean balcony and other outdoor stuffs. - A bit pricey for what is provided. - 5 species of insect were found in the room (and we found cockroach’s leg on the bed too.) so discussing. - The bed is a bit wet. I’m not comfort sleeping on it at all. The bathroom is ok.
At first look it's great. Wide difference in accommodation available from good to meh. Only room left was 400 baht and very run down but with a veranda overlooking river and mountains in the distance. Choose carefully.
We had the cheapest room. But we had the best chilling area with a wonderful view on the sunset! The room must have been the smallest ever. Had 60 cm longer and wider then the queen bed!! With a correct bath room the issue was that it sticks like ... caca sooooo much. It came and go. The smell was not from the bathroom!! We stayed 2 nights, but they discount the room for us because of the terrible smell that came and go. They have tea water and cafe offered. There is much better room also for over 1000 bath these were fabulous with no odor issue I am sure. They are in the new building. We were in the old building. There is 4 other set of room for 500b that were alos great!! We are backpackers so we took the cheapest at 400b. The staff was super nice and helpful. Even if the room was super small, if the smell is gone I would go back anytime.
Reasonable price. Room spacious and clean. Would be nice if they provided breakfast.
