Mediocre airport lounge. Choices of food were not varied. The bathroom was a bit dirty. Not very suitable for rest as could be packed during weekend or long holiday.

M

Mick, what’s going on?

There are many lounges pass and credit card for enter this lounge, I use Priority Pass. So, maybe crowded in some period. Many chairs and a lot of sockets. There are variety of food and drink to choose, the taste and quality of ingredients are OK. Good for the non-business class lounge.

Variety of thai foods with good taste better than the adjacent Coral lounge. Clean and large space. Good service.

This place has always been my favorite place to wait for my flight at Don Mueang. They serve light warm meal, chilled fruits, cool beverages and simple sandwiches — all in a club-like atmosphere. Today is no exception, were it not for a man coughing in the dining area. So I opened a packet of masks in front of the two young people at the front desk and asked them to give the mask to the coughing man. The young lady knew what I was saying but chose not to do it by passing the mask to her co-worker — a young man. The young man had no clue: he came into the dining area, and did not know what to do. So he turned round and walked back to the front desk. Clearly, this was a first for him — although he is used to having people coughing at each other. How strange that someone would even pay attention to people coughing, let alone providing a clean mask to the one who coughs. I would love to give a five star to this place. That two stars were given is meant to draw attention to the management on the training of the staff: not only on picking up dishes and smiling upon receiving guests, but on the basic necessities of hygiene and public health. Moments later, the coughing man left — he was wearing an airline flight crew uniform. I went to the front desk to inquire. This time, the young lady replied: “It was against company policy to issue mask to a coughing customer “. Really? I asked for her name. She shielded her name plate with one hand; and wrote with the other hand “Somsee”. Then, a different front desk lady came and asked me to leave the premise to which I obliged.

It's small lounge for domestic flight users. It'is located on the way to go to gate 51, beside the coral lounge. For me, I wanted to take shower in the lounge, that's why I chose miracle, not the coral. Both are small-middle sized lounge, but not really crowded. I think it's beacause of it's not located in the international flight area. For the shower room, here's only one shower room, and not really good.... so I don't recommend. And for the time limit of using lounge, as the not busy place, time limit is bot strictly applied I guess. Some finger food and snacks here, and red curry is delicious. But if you take the food important, you'd better find the othe place. But the lounge is really cozy and calm to take a rest!
