All Good! Quick printer, easy access. No reasons to complain if you want to quickly print some documents for your trip. Printing is 5 baht for one black and white page. Not crowded.

Internet very slow, beyond usable for anything which requires loading time. The girl working here is extremely rude as well and not helpful. Couldn't tell me how to screenshot a page and told me to come back later. I will not return and go somewhere else whilst I live in Chiang Mai!
A great place for full internet access with printing service at reasonable cost. It's hard to find places like this. Folks you all need to keep perspective. You will be lucky nowadays to find any internet places that have printing. This place is for sure basic computers. But comments who complain are expecting too much from places.
A good place to find some information on the internet or to print some documents. Unfortunately, the internet is too slow to use it for anything else. Giving it 3 stars because there left only few places with working internet connected computers around. If you really have to use a computer during your holiday be sure to bring your own. You can find enough places with fair Wi-Fi connectivity in Chiang Mai.
You can print your emails and docs from internet using the computers. The guy speaks English
