Stayed here for three months in 2016. The owner and staff did an excellent job taking of us and the facility. We rented the three bedroom villa with a private pool. It was close to the bakery and the smell each morning was terrific. The fresh baked goods are sold nearby. In addition to this resort, the owner also runs the Tulip Cafe a kilometer or so away on Siam Country Club Road. The food and service are excellent.

Due to scams and gouging it’s now illegal in Thailand to charge occupants more than the government rate for electricity. Have them put the rate in writing and take a photo of the meter before occupancy or you will be a significant overcharge. The units have flat roofs and the upper floor is hot as an oven. On the bright side the suite was spotless and the condo as pretty as the photos. Unfortunately I cannot recommend because of the electricity scam.
