Elephant rescue and rehabilitation center that offers full day tours where they take you (hotel pick-up available) to an elephant nature park. Elephants are in very good shape and look happy despite difficult past (circus, heavy industry). I've took part in Elephant Freedom project where a group of about 18-20 ppl prepare food and feed them. Later on we went for a walk into the jungle and then took them to a river for bath. Loads of fun and tons of positive emotions. Obviously no riding. Vege lunch included. Guides are very friendly and helpful. 5/5 ️

Such a beautifully run rescue camp for elephants You can feed, wash and pet the elephants. The elephants are treated very well and it shows. The staff are also friendly. There are food and drink for sale

Great experience. Really enjoyed the sustainable elephant resort. There are elephants from 5 to 60 years old. The mahouts are so brave. At our 2 day trip were we able to feed the elephants, walk with them and even bath with them. We brushed them in the river. Toby (Tho) our guide was such a lovely guy who was interested in the wellbeing of the elephants. He showed us how to cook thai and we went on a bamboo rafting for roughly an hour. Food is delicious there! Be careful with the yougest elephant, Bang. He is unpredictable ;)

Welcoming staff, they seems to take care well about elephants, haven't seen any bad behaviour. Even though it is rather expensive it is definitely must do! Enjoyed it a lot. Only disappointment was about the English language level of our guide, therefore we didn't learn much interesting stuff.

Elephant Freedom is one of many ethical partner projects with the Elephant Nature Park to continue the message of "saddles off". Freedom joined with the Nature Park about 3 years ago to let their ladies retire and get to enjoy the rest of their lives without harmful or hurtful work. Right now there are 6 gorgeous elephants are Freedom. Representing 3 generations! The two youngest elephants have gotten to live their while life free from the stress of riding, shows and bull hooks. These babies are so happy and playful. It was such a blessing and honor to be in the presence of this wonderful herd. Our guide, Emm spoke English beautifully and was very knowledgeable about the elephants and their mahouts. We had an adorable, and rambunctious 4 year old with the group and Emm was so sweet and patient with her. The mahouts also seemed find of the little girl and we so cute helping her over rocks and up hills. The entire day was a wonderful experience and I could go on and on. But I will just say, if you are wondering, go.

Had an amazing time learning to care for elephants with our guide Mew, fully recommend as a highly ethical elephant sanctuary to anyone wanting an experience with elephants.

Loved this place . I went to Carolyn camp where there is no animal abuse . It is a bit slower pace then other advertised tours where the elephants do tricks, shows , and able to ride them but I consider that animal cruelty This tour you start the day off making food fir the elephants and feeding them directly . Then you go with them for a walk through the valley so they can feed some more on trees and brush while able to interact with them , pet them and feed them again. Lunch is provided then after lunch you walk again with the elephants for about half hour to a river where there the elephants bath them selves and you help bath them as well. Overall a great intimate experience with the elephants and a small group so you get plenty close up time with them . Best of all you see how free these elephants are

Best experience of my life. They also make sure they treat the elephants well here. No riding and no chains.
