Went for a full 120000 service last week. Supposedly checked everything but failed to note the automatic window switch on driver side fails to open the back seat window. Had to make another appointment a week later. On that appointment told it would take all day to fix. That wasn't possible for me so hadto book another appointment for the following day. Slow service!

VERY BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! I send my car to check the gear problem. after I wait 5 hours in the customer room, I got my car finally. they update my car software without any notify in advance since I told the staff Don't update anything. what was worse. my car got scraping on the XXX when I got it. BUT the staff insist there is no chance to make that scraping whihout communicate with their worker first anyway. Finally I check my car camera to confirm the worker was drove my car to outside. Then the staff speak nothing and told me they will contact me another day. NO BODY CONTACT ME EVEN SEVERAL DAYS PAST. Do you guys really want me to share the evidence to social media?
