All right for regular service. Especially there is one receptionist with relatively good technical English. The old engineer is the brain. Recommend for regular checkup services. They do many kinds of works, but at rate above the average of Phuket garages.

WARNING !!! Ford Anuphas Phuket Town doesn't care about your safety. I had my brakes changed about 4 months ago, after 6000km the rear brakes were totally worn out. I drove to Ford Anuphas in Phuket again and wanted to find out why the rear brakes were worn out. after 8 days I was able to pick up my Ford Raptor again. I asked what the brake test showed. I have been told that Ford Anuphas Phuket has not checked anything. The brakes were changed without a test and I had to pay an invoice even though I still have a warranty on the vehicle. I pointed out to Ford Anuphas Phuket that something was wrong with the brakes because the braking ratio is 60 percent in the front and 40 percent in the rear. So the front brake should actually be worn out first. The man at Ford Anuphas Phuket has confirmed that something may be wrong. Still, they didn't want to investigate the mistake. Brakes that don't work properly can be life-threatening, but Ford doesn't care about your safety! They claimed that I would always use the handbrake and that my brakes were defective, which of course is absolutely a lie. I was cheated about 6 months ago by Ford Anupas Phuket. I had all the locks and keys on my Ford Raptor changed, Ford Anuphas Phuket wanted to sell me used keys as new ones. Don't go to Ford Anuphas, your life is worthless to Ford Anuphas in Phuket!
They delayed the time needed to do the service by a day. But other than that, they're doing a good job. I recommend it for any Ford car owner.
