Quite possibly the worst ice rink I've ever been to in the world. Has a ridiculous rule that you're not allowed to use your own skates on their ice unless you pay a ludicrous annual membership fee. Don't even get me started on how unprofessional the place is. Ice maintaince is literally non-existent, the "Zamboni" they drive on the ice may as well be a lawnmower, it does nothing to resurface the ice. Rental skates are horrendous, and the staff have zero concern for safety. They're trying to be some sort of a VIP rink but their facilities are laughable at best.

พนักงานขายบัตรหน้าcounter ไม่มีมารยาท ท่าทางไม่อยากบริการลูกค้า ถามคำตอบคำ ลูกค้าถามเรื่องpromotion วันเกิด ทำท่าไม่อยากตอบ เหมือนดอกพิกุลจะร่วง ตอบเสร็จหันหน้าไปทางทางอื่น ทำเป็นไม่เห็น เหมือนลูกค้าไม่ได้ยืนอยู่ตรงนั้น ไม่ได้รับการอบรม หน้าตาอย่างกับจวัก ไม่ต้อนรับลูกค้า ไม่มีservice mind อุบาทมาก จ้างมาทำงานได้ยังไง พนักงานผู้ชายที่อยู่ข้างใน ทั้งตรงที่มีหน้าที่ดูแลรองเท้าskate และคนอื่น ทำงานเฮงซวยมาก หน้าตาบอกบุญไม่รับ ลูกดิฉันไปบอกว่ารองเท้าใหญ่ไป ก็ไม่สนใจ เดินหนี ดิฉันต้องบอกให้ลูกไปติดต่อcounter อีกที สภาพข้างในก็สกปรก รก กำแพงมีแต่รูเต็มไปหมด เหมือนสถานที่ร้าง ห้องนำ้ก็สกปรก ไม่มีmaintenance เลย Ice skate ที่ Mega Banga ยังไม่อุบาทแบบนี้เลย
