Please do not expect high standard level of service from this hospital. We have had many terrible experiences here including long waiting time, doctor missed appointment, nurses forgot to give medication to patients on time, etc. We have provided feedbacks on their evaluation forms but they never responded to clarify the issue or contacted back for apology. If you expect better service, please go elsewhere. If not, try taking the risk with this hospital yourself. Good luck.

Do not expected good service from this hospital. Bad management especially cashier department. Not enough parking lot. Not well maintenance for the building. The only one good point is most of the doctor come from Siriraj hospital.
NICE SERVICE AND REASONABLE COST
Very good.
I went for an ear irrigation and came back with the most painful ear infection of my life. The treatment for the infection costed twice as much as the irrigation. How can you treat a patient and make them worst ? Not impress at all.
