Unfortunately another 1.30min wait after an appointment time to star the check-up without a single apology!!! Really unorganised and not open to suggestions as to call me next time and ask to come later...no sympathy for me and my family waisting half a Saturday rather than an hour or so complete the check up! The place was great over the years and its sad to see it being poorly managed.... A seventh time for me in the last 14 days to use medical services in Bangkok Hospital Pattaya. Two times for my son and 5 times myself. I believe the medical services quality was good but again waiting time to receive an Invoice and Medical Certificate (a sentance or two) took each time approx. 45 to 50 minutes, exclusive of the last time which reduced to 15 minutes. I hope the Hospital will improve at this points.

Hit or miss here. Sometimes they provide great quality service and care. Other times they unabashedly try to wring money out of you like a bar rag. Your mileage may vary.

Unfortunately you cannot post 0. The worst hospital experience of my life. Test after test after test. 3 different diagnosis. Then they decide the causes. 8 separate blood samples taken, individually. So many that they run out of places to take it from, so it has to come out of the \easiest\ one. That arm now has a bruising a mile wide. Why nor take 2 or 3 lots and test for everything? Not expensive enough? On drips and antibiotics - one different antibiotic after another. For treating what? No idea because I can't get an explanation out of anyone. Arrogant ICU doctors who don't think it is part of their job description to explain anything to anyone. Taken from pillar to post for XRays, Ultra Sounds, you name it, by porters who think they are doing speed trials (even though I have a bowl on my knee because I am nauseas). Nurses coming into the cubicle every 10 minutes to take my temperature and blood pressure (what do you think has changed in the last 10 minutes?) - for \safety\ they say. I have never ever checked myself out of a hospital before, as I trust and rely on medical professionals - but I did that night. The pressure I was put under to stay was unbelievable. We need you to stay in ICU for a few days. We only have the most expensive rooms available, 70,000 a night. Add everything else in you are looking at maybe125,000 a day. I left after 24 hours with a bill for 130,000. Was I treated for any of the infections that I was told that I have? I have no idea. The bill says \tests\, and \medicines\. These aren't medical professionals, they are crooks. Never again.

Out of the blue sky I had an heart attack, and needed an urgent heart 5x bypass surgery. Did go to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, and I am glad I did. Everything went well, and all medical doctors as well as the nurses was very professional, helpful and friendly. I am still going to BHP frequently for my check-ups and also for Rehabilitation sessions. I can strongly recommend this hospital to everybody with heart problems.
