Disappointed due to having too much noise of construction going on inside the Dicha park and also outside. Silence is very important in residential houses. Informed to the office also but no action taken. Grass/forest on the wall from other land is needs to be taken care to prevent entering of snakes/insects. Street dogs are also to be prevented to enter in the society as it makes afraid and disturbing during evening walk or going to swimming area and gym. Having well maintained houses inside is giving expectations of Dicha park needs to take care these necessary things. ️

ปลื้มเลือกที่นี่ไม่ผิดหวังจริงๆคะที่เลือกบ้านดิชา ปาร์ค ประจวบ สะดวก สบาย ฮวงจุ้ยดีสุดๆ อยู่แล้วดี อยู่แล้วรวยร่มเย็นมากๆเลยค่ะ ระบบความปลอดภัยของโครงการและตัวบ้านยิ่งดีมากคะ ชอบมากๆค่ะ แถมราคาคู่คุณภาพมากๆ หาซื้อบ้านตั้งแต่เพชรบุรี ถึงประจวบ ยังไม่เจอโครงการไหนให้ครบเท่าที่นี่เลยคะ ที่ดิชาเขาไม่ทำเหมือนที่อื่น คิดต่างแต่ลูกบ้านอยู่อย่างสบายหรูไปเลยค่ะ
