My pug was over heat after the exercise, I send him to this clinic, and the doctor and nurse just easily reduce his temperature from 107 until 102 Fahrenheit. After that the doctor told me that the dog was safe, and they just left my pug on the desk within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, my dog heart was stop active! However , the doctor did not inform me when my dog struggle until he pass away, and they just let the dog passed away, and tell me ‘m sorry! This clinic is lack of equipment, and the nurse is not professional at all. When the time I’m visit, the doctor three children last just keep on running inside the operation room! And the doctor keep shouting and ask the kids go out ! OMG! I was so regret that I choose the wrong clinic in the emergency moment ! My dog is just 11 months old The doctor even not observe the dog situation and he just tell me that the dog was safe! After I bring my dog to the another dogs hospital , and the professional doctor told me that, my dog was send in too late, when the time that he feel weak, is because of he lack of oxygen , and his body high temperature can cause the organ damage. But all was too late!! Is because of this doctor not do the observation well ,even have no intravenous to the dog. i’m so regret that I choose this clinic! They just treat the animal life worthless.

Not a good hospital for those pets having emergency case. My friend having his pet in emergency and has to be rescued immediately but being treated unprofessionally and dead. This is unacceptable.

Not recommended this pets hospital, the veterinary is not that professional and lack effort during the pets checking. Wise price not worth to pay for the service and the bad environment. Will not come again .

Unprofessional! The veterinary has not much of the experience to safe the short nose breed in the emergency time, our family pug from struggle until DEAD in this clinic within one hour, he only 11 months kids, he dead due to this clinic careless which they no clue to treat the pure breed pedigree dog. This clinic seems lack of the dog emergency equipment, they even not supply the oxygen while the dog has the during the Difficulty breathing.
