The night market is one of the best I've seen in Thailand for food. It's colourful, well presented, clean with a big choice of delicacies, sweets, dried fish, and fruit.
Local Thai food. Lots to choose from. All delicious......that I tried. Very inexpensive. Mostly Thai people not many tourists. Rainy season.
Local town..local time..local life, so charming!
Closes early! At 22 there are only one stand open. Starts early and sells out quickly. Some stands are already closed by 19 as they are sold out. Pretty normal Thai market with the regular food stuffs pretty good selection and CHEAP, at least compared to Cambodia and Koh Chang, its pretty cheap compared to everywhere I've been in Thailand actually, went there three nights in a row. Only downside is that not all the stands sell food to eat on site.
