I attended the yoga teacher training course the beginning this year and gained a lot of good experiences. It's totally change the way I understand yoga. The teachers are so amazing and inspired. Suitable for not only the one who wants to become a yoga teacher but for those who want to understad the Primary function, deepening your practice, get fitter and healthier or even simply finding more about yourself. One of the best yoga place in Bangkok to go, Strongly recommend!!

Love it so much here. They will give you all the good techniques. The teachers are friendly and very talented. The students are also nice. Very convenient to go to the studio either by car or bts.
