Honestly i just cant put into words how amazing this place is, we went on Christmas Day and i don’t think i will ever beat that! When we visited they had only been open for 19 days so really knew to the island. Its 1600 baht each but compared to the other sanctuary’s over Thailand it is super cheap however i do feel like what they do is worth a lot more money & of course they can only stay open with visitors like us. The talk at the beginning is soo informative, we loved learning about the Elephants & what they do at the Sanctuary. You get to feed the bananas then give them a mud bath. We were super emotional just being so close to these amazing creatures. Its a very special experience & i advise everyone to visit this place! At the end you get a plate of fresh fruit which was a lovely touch. There is also options to buy a little memento to take home, a key ring or notebook made out of the ‘poo’ paper they make at the sanctuary. The staff don’t push you to buy anything but its there on the desk if you want to.

I liked it. Nothing fancy, they give you a talk about the different types of elephant's around the globe. Talk about the role of elephant's in Thailand over time. There are just three elephant's that you get to know, feed and give a nice mud bath. After that you take a walk down to the pool and wash them "clean" Prepare your self to get a little bit dirty, but it's all worth it!!

They truly care about the elephants and take care of them very well in a natural big environment. If you care about elephants and want to take care of them like feedings, petting, hugging and bathing you should come here for the experience. No riding ofcourse since that is animal torture. Here the elephants do what they want. Service overall very good espacially the main English speaking guide which took his time to make some explanation about the elephants and the history in Thai warfare when elephants were used.

A wonderful and intimate experience with the elephants that seemed both happy and well taken care of. Me and my family had a great time both feeding and bathing with the elephants. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable and the whole visit was just a great experience. Also feels good to support both the elephants as well as the locals. Would highly recommend. If you have small kids like me, chose the morning to go as it can become quite hot during the day. There was plenty of shade and water to be had though as well as fresh fruit and time for breaks.

You should definitely visit this place, however it is way too overpriced, at least for us, so we could do only option A from the list. We noticed some people went for option B, which was more expensive, but offered you only to make paper out of poop and do herb medicine. Not sure if it was worth the money. Full day option C is way too expensive. Also place should consider options for people who just want to come in and feed/touch elephant. Since they don't have-many people just leave not wanting to pay big money for 2-3hours with elephant, and go to cheaper place, which has elephants chained and look terrible. So by advancing their business they could limit out the bad business that is not friendly to animals on the island.

Very nice place where the elephants come first. We've spent time with each of their three elephants, each with their own story. From playful to absolutely relaxed. We've booked the 2 hour package including transfer and everything went super a smooth. The elephants themselves were amazing. Curious, gentle and playful. Feeding them and washing them in a mud bath was a great experience and I cannot help but to feel a closer connection to them now. Can highly recommend!

One of the best experiences in Thailand so far. The elephants are super docile and cheeky. The people taking care of the elephants are super conscious and show how they really care for the elephants health. 100% worth going!

Great way to spend time in Lanta. Beautiful elephants that seem happy and taken care of. Had a blast, well worth the money also in an ethical sense.
