Perfect Homes

Hillside 2 is located in a prime location and is ideal for those that do not wish to ride a motor bike or drive a car. It is dated but well managed and offers great value for those looking at long stay options in Chiang Mai

An older building in a great Nimman location, located by Soi 8, a busy and vibrant neighborhood. Dozens of restaurants and bars are within a 1-block radius, hundreds within a 0.5km radius. There is a large 24-hour 7-eleven on the ground floor with two separate halves, a pretty interesting setup. There are a lot of different rooms available for rent in the building for short- or long-term stay. Some rooms are recently renovated and quite fancy, others are a bit older, all depending on price. (This is why the reviews are mixed here on Google Maps.) I’ve been in the building 6 months and love it here. Location, location, location! Here’s a photo of my view (180-degree city view).

It is an older building, so don't expect anything that will blow your mind. I stayed in an older room with updates furniture, but I know there are completely remodeled rooms. The person I rented from was an absolute peach. I LOVED having a 7-11 downstairs. It's 24 hour magic was necessary for when I caught a cold. It is on the busiest street in the city, so don't expect to cross into the neighborhood next door (with all the best food and shops) without some work. Everything you could need is within walking distance. Overall this place was a perfect introduction to Chiang Mai. Did I mention I could see the mountains from my room? So beautiful.
