I bought two surf casting reels on their recommendation. They both started rusting after one trip to the beach. (Neither reel was in the water, just normal salt spray that you get from being near the surf.) One of the two broke after two uses. I took them to the store to return them and the owner refused to accept a return. No apology, nothing. Don't trust their recommendations and don't expect honest customer service.
