Absolutely atrocious. If they give you the time of the day, it'll only be because they can't ignore you any longer. They'll literally sit there staring at Line, and then when you attempt to talk to them on Line, they take days to send you their one-word reply. Avoid completely and save yourself your time and money

I have had them work on a number of issues and it’s been good each time. The owner and staff are really helpful and follow through.
I love this place so much. We ended up here because my friend's laptop was stolen so we were able to use their Macs for free, which was fantastic. I'm vegan and they were willing to create new dishes and drinks for me each time I visited, which were all delicious. Super friendly staff that just wants you to feel welcomed. They also always have free bananas, which I love. It's super quiet and low-key to do work and they also have an upstairs room where you can hold private meetings or appointments, which I did with clients. Highly recommend!
small place but nice, food is tasty, coffee is very good. The most importance is friendly staffs
The macs are kind of in the way and take up alot of space that would be better used to eat. But the good was very good and rice was healthy
Scammed hard went in to get my MacBook cleaned turned out they unplugged one of my fans which made my computer overheat. I also brought my MacBook chager back that I payed for to be replaced under warranty and never got it back. Would not recommend unfortunately but the people working there seemed nice service was not nice
I will never go to this place ever again. I went there to get a new battery replacement and it turns out that the battery the guy gave me doesn’t work and now I need to go to an authorized Apple store to get a new battery replacement. I would like to ask for a refund but I doubt I’ll get it considering it’s Thailand. I advise anybody to not go there at all. It took three hours for the guy to install the battery which I’m not sure why it took that long. If you need a battery replacement go to the authorized Apple store in central airport plaza mall.
DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, especially used ones. They will assure you over and over that everything is perfect working condition, “like new” but as soon as you walk out the door, you are on your own. They do not exchange, swap, or even fix (unless you pay). They prey on scarcity since they are one of the few shops that will carry and service Apple products and direct their attention to the Expats that can afford it. I purchased a pair of AirPod Pros from Mac Cafe recently. Everything seemed in working order and we did test them out for a minute in the store. Once I left and got home, the next morning the right bud was at 0% battery. I cleaned the contact points and plugged it it in to see if it would charge. It only gets to a little above 50% and dies just as fast. I am a tech savvy person and fix a lot of my own things, no matter how many times I tried, the right pod will not hold a charge. I reached back out on FB Messenger and they replied “please come to the store so we can see” for which I drove 20 minutes across Chiang Mai to do so. Within seconds of entering the shop and identifying as the guy with the AirPods, the man with the shaved said “I cannot help you, you must go through Apple warranty.” No other questions, no attempts at seeing if anything was wrong, no testing, just a complete push off. So lesson learned, and hope all of you are aware. If you buy anything from them, you are completely on your own and they do not care about you once they have completed the sale. Yes I believe it is possible I can still go through the Apple warranty, which hopefully I can but will take over a month. I cannot comment to their paid services for fixing laptops.
