Be aware!! The company itself, for managing that many passengers to different places did well. They put a sticker on you and that way they can tell you where to go and you can book a boatshuttle. However, if they drop you in Surat Thani, they will drop you at a travel company which will literally lie to you about prices. She said only first class available and thats why high price. When you arrive, their driver goes and makes a backdoor deal for the worst possible bus. Be smarter than me.
Every thing went well on the tour to tao and Nang young just they told us that the Mini van will come to pick us up at 8 instead of that it came at 7:25 coz of that we didn’t get the time to had our breakfast of which we were highly charged at the resort .
Catamaran speedboat to arriving in Surathani 2 hours 600Baht...no need to take bus or ferry... it's a good alternative transportation as compared to Seatran and Raja ferries. Services also available between Surathani's airport and Samui.
DO NOT USE LOMPRAYAH COMPANY! We booked a transfer after the boat going to Samui. Driver did not know how to find our hotel despite giving them the full address when booking. Had to direct using google. Our return they did not even bother to pick us up after I'd called with instructions the previous day. We had to get our own taxi costing additional 600 baht even though we already paid Lomprayah for the transfer. Customer service was AWFUL! They refused refund even though it was their mistake! Almost missed the boat which would have had a knock on effect costing in excess of 70,000 baht due to missed connections. Do not bother with this Sham of a company!
