Hired a car for two days in Chiang Mai with my partner. Fine until we returned the car and they deducted 500 baht from our deposit for dirt on one part of the car from a tree. They argued it would be very difficult to wash and cost 500 baht for one bottle of wash. The dirt wiped off very easily in front of all of our eyes yet we still had to pay. TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING. We could see as soon as we arrived back that they intended to charge us for whatever they could.

We got a very good deal for 2 bikes for 4 days. Didn't require a passport to be left and no problems at all getting the deposit. I highly recommend using this company

Rented a Honda City from them for a day. The car was ok and we checked it for scratches with their staff before we drove off. On return we had the misfortune of encountering an incredibly rude staff. On top of the rudeness she was trying to say all the scratches were caused by us. Luckily we took photos of the scratches and we were able to tell the fat lady off Don’t ever patronize this shop. They are rude and not honest

Rented twice here during my stay. No problems with scooter. Make photos before you rent the bike also from the tank. If it's half full, return it half full. Would rent here again.

I rented a bike. It broke down far from Chiang Mai. I paid to transport it to nearby mechanic - I had no problem with covering that cost - fair enough. The mechanic replaced the part. They refused to pay for the mechanic, so I asked them to get their mechanic to open up the bike and give me back the part - after all, I had paid for it, therefore it was technically mine. If they wanted to be bad, I'll play that game. Eventually got 250baht out of them - cost me 750. Rent somewhere else. Ripped off.

My recent experience with this company was less favorable than a year or so ago when I opted to chose their service. Car was 20 min late on delivery & had to call to have them pick up the car at the appointed time it was supposed to picked up. I asked for a receipt, "can't do" ... lack of timeliness and & lack of receipt kept this to 3 star rating.

I booked a bus to go to Pai. I was waiting a bus in front of hostel but nobody shows up. I call to the office and they said “the driver was looking for you but he couldn’t found you” “the bus is on the way so just wait” After that I wait a bus for nearly 2hours....... I should’ve throw this ticket at the beginning and take 80bart bus instead.
