Have you considered selling bacon - yes real bacon? Real bacon is first and foremost salted. After salting, it must be dried, after which it is smoked. Smoking is often replaced by a little smoky taste. It's bacon. This is just pork cut into slices. I even had to drain the meat for liquid.
