This place serves the signature dish, namely \ข้าวต้มแห้ง\. It is a fish stir-fry with Chinese celery. This dish comes in a bowl on top of jasmine rice. It tastes sweet before salty. Another way to enjoy this dish to eat eat it with the sauce, which is a mixture of fermented whole soybeans (เต้าเจี้ยว), sugar, vinegar, and chilli. The price is reasonable. It costs 40 THB as of August 16, 2020. Note that water in a jug on the table is free.

ขับรถมาแบบสุ่ม ๆ ไม่ได้ตั้งใจว่าจะมากิน สะดุดกับเมนูข้าวแห้งไม่เคยกินมาก่อนเลยลองแวะดู โดยสั่งแบบข้าวแห้งรวมใส่ทุกอย่างทั้งปลา กุ้ง หมึก สั่งแปบเดียวก็ได้รับอาหารมาแล้ว ปรากฏว่าอร่อยมากกก ยิ่งกินกับน้ำจิ้มน่าจะมีส่วนผสมจากเต้าเจี้ยวยิ่งอร่อย แถมราคา 40 บาทเท่านั้น ประทับใจ ถ้ามีโอกาสมาบ้านบึงจะมาแวะกินอีกแน่นอน
