If you want cheap care, you can go to this vet. They are affordable in that sense. If you want to have your cat or dog be happy and healthy, avoid them at all costs. The \doctor\ won't say what medicine they are prescribing, in a desperate attempt to keep you dependent on their treatment of your pet. Since visiting this vet, our cat is deathly afraid of going anywhere in a car. When she was neutered at this vet, our cat came home in pain, howling and crying for hours. The vet said this is normal. We had to return there the same day because she was in so much pain. You cannot operate a cat and send them home the same day (we were told this later by Thonglor, who has since helped us with our pets), and actually it's illegal to do this in Thailand. The worst part is, they are not available 24/7. They prescribe medicine to your pet, and they won't tell you what medicine it is. Then you call them at night for an emergency, and they still won't tell you what medicine they gave you. They are not available to treat your pet 24/7 for emergencies, but also won't share what medicine they gave your pet earlier that day. This means that the vet who is available 24/7, cannot treat your cat, because the medicine might cause an overdose or cross-interaction with ehatever Banklang gave your pet. This is absolutely inappropriate behavior for a \healthcare\ company, even if it's for pets. Bottom line: I didn't want to believe the reviews and wanted to give them a fair chance, based on a positive experience from a friend. Never again... If your animal is just an accessory or an alarm system, or something to play with, and you don't care much for them, you can take them to this vet (I guess)... The assistants are apparently trained by the owner (who is the only experienced veterinarian there), who is rarely ever at the hospital (only to perform surgery). Go to Thonglor or another pet hospital. You might pay a bit more, but will receive much better treatment for your pets.
