ไม่ตามเคสไห้เลย รถชนมาเป็นเดือนโทรไปถามบอกไห้ตามคู่กรณีมาแล้วจะมาคัดลอกบันทึกประจำวัน จะมีประกันชั้น1ไว้ทำไมถ้าต้องตามเอง เสียเงินตั้งแพง แต่ที่ได้กลับมาไม่เคยคุ้มเลย

ใช้มา4ปีแล้วกับประกันคุ้มภัย ทุกอย่างโอเคดี เคลมง่าย พนักงานพูดจาดี เคยเกิดเหตุตอนตี2 ก็รอไม่นาน ติดต่อรถยกให้พร้อม จะมีปัญหาแค่เรื่องการเบิกอะไหล่ ถ้าหากอยู่ตจว.จะช้าหน่อย แต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับนานมาก อยู่ประมาณ 1-2อาทิตย์
