This company had a contract that has expired more than 30 days ago and has still not completed 33% of the work. I foolishly paid them the contract in full after they were 2/3 finished and since they have only made promises to return. I even filed a police report and that did nothing but get me more promises. The job was 150,000 thb and I estimate the remaining work would be at least 50,000 thb. Be very careful. Their contract means nothing.
