Love, love, love. Every jam session is a celebration of life, lightness and unconditional joy. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you, even after the music has stopped. Even more than the endorphin-high, it’s a great way to carve out space for myself apart from work/family. (And it’s more fun, cheaper and probably effective as most forms of therapy . )

I never leave one of Bea’s classes without feeling super pumped and renovated, no matter what frame of mind I joined in! What I really love about her sessions is how much she encourages all of us, of all shapes and sizes to feel the music, release all inhibitions and be free! She is such a motivation and totally and completely delivers not only as a first class instructor but also as a genuine warm and welcoming being! I’m so happy I found her classes and will be able to keep up online irrespective of where life takes me beyond Bangkok!
Bea's classes are fantastic. She's super friendly, very encouraging, and a great instructor. I'm not the best of dancers but Bea's cuing is really helpful and I've had so much fun learning the steps to so many songs with her. In person and online. I've had a few Zumba teachers in my life, and she's by far the best and the most passionate I've had.
Love the class! This was the first time I did Zumba, and fell in love with it completely. It's suitable for all ages, all fitness levels. Great option to get fit while having a lot of fun .
