I was treated in a very rude manner by the support service staff called 'Pattapong'. I am client of Z.com from several years ago and even I bought the premium email service I always have problems with my email's server. I reported this case many times to [email protected] without receiving any answer and when I contact the online support center this staff called 'Pattapong' he treated with rude manners and he even cancelled the conversation. VERY BAD QUALITY SERVICES! therefore Since this person reply my inquiry with very rude manners and then he cancelled the conversation with me because he said that I was not collaborating. This rude and unprofessional attitude from your staff is not acceptable and I want to report to z.com to take some severe measures against this staff Pattapong.
