Old Issan Rama3 is a very good place for casual Thai dining. I tried Seafood Noodle Soup which had lime, lemon grass and seafood mix, and Grilled Fish. The soup was not hot spicy but heavily spiced with great flavor. Fish was juicy and tasty. Outdoor seating is also available. Has space for parking. Dishes are reasonably priced.
