I had to call in at the showroom three times to arrange a visit from their man to a house in Chalong for a straighforward repair job. No-one ever showed up, despite their promises. What would have been a simple job for them was one they they chose to forget. I was quoted a price of 'no more than 10,000 baht', but they were, apparently, not interested, not even in making quick easy money. This was just before last Christmas. I didn't hear from them again. Perhaps they have bigger fish to catch.
