The building is quite old but everything was ok. A lot of visitors came here to get their visa done. There’s Tom n Toms coffee shop on the first floor, and Piri Piri chicken as well as acai bowl. A lot of visa agencies around and the office area looks somewhat empty. Visitor parking on 5th floor only.

I used VFS for my United Kingdom (of Scotland, England, Wales, and at the moment Northern Ireland) passport renewal, and my appointment - where the clerk checks through all the supporting documents and the correctly filled in application form - took less than fifteen minutes from the moment I entered the building. Needless to say I am very pleased with the quality of service, and everything I needed to do beforehand was made clear when I booked my appointment one full month ahead. A colour photocopy of the passport cover and every page inside was explicitly mentioned in my appointment letter, and everything else was clear and easy to discover through the official United Kingdom passport renewal webpages. They’ll facilitate your overseas renewal, not hold your hand while you complete the form and do the fundamental legwork.
I queued here for 2 hours once just to get in the lift to the passport office but last time it was empty
