Quite small space. Mostly staffs looks young ,I assume that's why they speak with no manner and very little of service mind. Or because this shop is locate in prime area of BKK. So they are need to act arrogant to customers.

Thought of 2* but decided against it. 5* for ice cream but service is terrible. Took a while to get anyone to help us. The to go section has no cash register or obvious place to order and pick up. Very confusing ice cream experience. Compared to a 5* experience at Siam, this location was just not up to standard.
