My husband and I had a few treatments at SLC Thonglor. We were happy with our Botox so I came back for filler. I actually wanted to only have my lips done but the sale person was doing a good job that I spent 3 times more than I expected hahaha (ended up having my lips, chin and cheeks done). I mean I was happy withe the doctor but I didn’t feel so comfortable with the way the saleslady tried to close the sales all the time. I am a return customer, at the end of the day, and there was no point to push me so much. She didn’t even remember that I was a return client... Not to mention that on the way in, one saleslady was pretty much jumped in front of me to open the door...for herself and let it slam to my face...I didnt know she was a staff. So in terms of customer experience, I only give 3 stars :) Ps. This is the pic right after my filler- still swollen. I would update again later when it’s settled

The staff makes me feel uncomfortable, they are extremely UNFRIENDLY, but since I had made 50% of deposit and I am is foreigner so I have no choice, I calm myself down and think as long as the Dr is professional that’s fine. Unlike their advertisement, I did lip reduction with them the cutting and sewing was a mess and I was so disappointing Has been 1 year from that day, my upper lips now is uneven it looks ridiculous and the scar is so obvious . Totally HORRIBLE experience ...And I have one time spa treatment with them as that time I went on the promotion package but the staff were never mention about that like they want me to forget about it... But anyway the one time ”FREE” spa treatment is not attractive enough for me to come back this HORRIBLE CLINIC and see their TERRIBLE STAFFs
Hygiene with great professional esthetic doctors. Along with a great hospitality and service which Ibwould like to determine as a luxury high end clinic (nearly a hospital), as the clinic does provide services from skin, plastic surgery, dental etc. It's a one stop heaven service for all who love to be better. And for those who love to take care of themselves. Recommended!!
Had a major plastic surgery here. The saleslady was not straightforward. However, the doctor, nurses and other staff were professional.
Such a bad experience here. Doctor push me to do many procedures that is so money hunting.
