The repair shop folks were great. The Apple store folks, however, were EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE SNOBS. If at all possible, I strongly suggest you make Apple purchases elsewhere. The selection at this Apple store is very limited anyway.

Massive scam. Iphone XS Max 512 GB - still on warranty. Phone having Face ID issue - asked to leave it for 7 to 10 days without a loan phone ..... excuse me???? This is a rip off from AIS and Apple - feel totally scammed.
I’ve brought my iPhone to change the battery on 5 Jan 20, time approximately 13:30, there were 2 staff. One is a man and another one is a young lady with beautiful face but disaster service. I’m a big fan of Apple, all I have with me are apple. But as I found the lady gave me service with a look down face as she checked my phone as it got cracked on the screen and told me with a face that weird that they can’t change it. To all the manager or branch manager. This kind of service is only bring your brand down and down, the lady need to be trained a lot about service.
A place to avoid, This place is a fraude, they asked me 12000bath to get the screen of my iphone 6 replaced. My iphone is still covered by garantee and the price he asked to repair the screen is actually the price that an iphone 6 would cost if i buy a new one. When i asked the reason of such an high estimate he replied that the screen alone can’t be replaced and that i have to buy several new phone parts(blatant lie). The guy at the counter even told me that the waiting time was of 3/4 days because was a complicated repair..... I Got my screen replaced In one of the many phone repairs shops at the basement floor of Terminal 21:waiting time 20 minutes price of the repair 1000baht. This shop use the name of apple to squeeze money from foreigner customers. I suggest to avoid it. Any iPhone could be easily repaired at the basement floor where there are around 12 shops specialized in repairs.
Went here with my Apple Watch series 3 to fix my screen. I was quoted a price for the repair that is higher than buying a brand new watch at the Apple store. Doesn’t make any sense and it is very unprofessional.
