It takes a lot of patience to be able to reach out to someone, but you can contact the operator numbers and ask to speak to an officer, and the officer who represents the embassy is great. He answers promptly and also assists with whatever inquiries you have. Much much much better service than the official Kenya immigration at Nyayo house. The officer at the bangkok office respects kenyan citizens.

The worst embassy in Bangkok no services at all. I called many times no one answer the phone. Guess what they just come there for sleep as hotel.
I’m in Thailand and have been calling the embassy for my visa assistance since I’m in the northern part of Thailand it’s a Monday morning and hardly seems like there’s no one working it’s like a public holiday for this government institution the president should be aware of his officials that they are not in offices instead holiday making.really it’s not fare at all a simple phone call no one is answering for the whole day omg the Kenya we live in.
