Volume is the only climbing gym in Khon Kaen and the Northeast of Thailand. A wonderful place to try out climbing for first-timers, kids or adults, as well as a workout place for seasoned climbers. Staff is always on hand to provide technical and safety instructions. Climbing shoes are also available for rental and many climbing gears are on sale here. All of these at reasonable prices. The gym is designed by professional climbers and is well equipped for climbing instructions and climbing exercises. You are guaranteed to have an enjoyable and safe experience at Volume whether you are here for training or just for fun. It is definitely a great place for kids. The gym is operated by Wan Panitan Jutaporn, an environmental engineer by training, a professor at Khon Kaen University by weekdays, and a passionate climbers by weekends. Wan, with the help of many foreign and Thai friends, led the development of a vast area of Zoolander in Khon Kaen, with it's unique and ubiquitous sandstone boulders, into an outdoor paradise for climbers. Her effort has already put Zoolander on the world map for climbers. Since 2018 Wan and her Khon Kaen Climbing Cub (KKCC) has organized Khon Kaen Bouldering Festival, an annual event that has attracted hundreds of climbers from around the world.

Nice cosy bouldering gym to give u a fair workout. Generally very beginner friendly as majority of problems are V0-V2s . There are harder problems too.
