I put 4 only because it's an old hotel with old equipment. But the location is good, 5 min to a lovely beach through palms, the swimming pool is nice (we were allowed to swim even at night!) And the staff is friendly. And very fair price. Small cafes and shops 5 min walk. Recommended.

Very expensive hotel with large pool. Not directly on the beach but close. The price -performance ratio is very fine.
It was cheap, the pool was clean, the breakfast more than u can ask for, the staff super friendly, the clean room was spaceous, aircon works perfect. Its too cheap to be true.....
Stay here only if you really must. Dirty and torn towels, a/c with fan on max power or off (broken control). Very noisy. Not all staff is friendly up to local standards. Breakfast was okay, though. Rooms are pretty big.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time (first time in 2015). Rooms are a bit basic but spacious and confortables (air conditioning, hot shower, fridge, kettle). WiFi is now available in the rooms and works properly! (it was available only at the reception in 2015). The swimming pool is large and clean. The view from the room is great, with beautiful tropical nature around. Location is ok: not too far from the road (5 min walk) and from the sea (5-10 min walk), and neighbourhood is quiet. There are some good inexpensive restaurants (Chumnantrakool, Crust Bakery, ...) and 7-eleven / Tesco-Lotus shops around. On the negative side, the hotel needs a bit more maintenance, but all-in-all it is a great place to stay. There have good prices per month.
