Stayed here for a week in March 2015. It is 5 mins walk between 2 BTS stations and has a nice pool / exercise area. Building is secure and clean.

Nice takeing care and nice service support to the residents who leaving in this area. Condo management system is worldwide standard. Just only running machine at gym room is not enough and always broken.
Great location, secure, friendly staff and amazing city view
Some nice apartments, some of the facilities have been kind of run down but little upkeep of that. Lots of spaces that should be decorated but left very bare. Nice view from many apartments though
Conveniently located condo, quiet and with a decent view. Renting prices are higher than average. Nice gym. A pool is there but for the most of the time is too cool. Has sauna though. Two convenience stores close to the building, tight security. A lot of places to visit at a walking distance, a BTS station nearby.
