The Outside Inn-Mexican/American/Thai Restaurant and Accomodations Purchase! I want to thank John Dupuy from Ubon Homes and his lovely assistant Krittiya Srichua for a seamless Real Estate transaction! With new owner not being present it was not an easy one. It involved not only land and property but also closing and opening of a new business. Obtaining liquor and tobacco and food processing licence, transferring utilities etc. It involved planning, coordinating and cocktails after hours! But it was also a very exciting and FUN experience! Needles to say, I highly recommend Ubon Homes !
