After incorporation, the Company expanded its business rapidly with a high standard working system and the Company converted itself from a limited company into a public company limited on 14 August 2002 which was just one year after its incorporation. Trinity Watthana Public Company Limited has 2 subsidiaries with stakeholder of 99.99% and 1 affiliate with stakeholder of 49.95%.
