Local food night market near the train station of Pattalung. It’s open around 5:30 pm. There are various kind of food. Kao Mun Kai, somtum, sticky rice with fried chicken, squid, some desserts, and many more of local food. If you feel lazy to cook, just come here to buy some food and drink. Everything look so delicious. I like fresh coconut juice. It cost only 20 baht.

Nice and small night market — wish there were more local flavors: seafood curry, etc. Went there three times: first time at 7:20 on a Saturday, some stalls were closing up, visitors sparse; second time, Sunday at 6:30: a bit fuller though not more rich in content. Third time, Monday at 4:30; was able to see and taste the food. Near the entrance (closer to the train station) was glass noodles with shrimp, French fried baby oyster mushrooms (in case the shrimp was not fresh), plus dessert made with raw sugar — all very nice, at 20 baht each. Wash everything down with fresh coconut water — another 29 baht.
A small market with local delicate. Quite reasonable for the food and price.
Lively evening market with good food. Be careful for the motorbikes, which are also passing the market.
Quality of foods is acceptable. You can bring the food back to hotel and enjoy it at leisure.
